I have here enclosed these letters sent over the course of the last year for your reflection and
my final address, for you to do with as you please as well. I have left you a letter that I would
have addressed to Vladimir Putin but did not know how to contact him, and so I have left it with
you and within your care; in my eyes, it would be foolish to think that with his intelligence assets
that he has not seen the other letters already more so I have left this last address to him on my
part... you may do with it as you will; it was my hope I could impart some reason upon him, but
as I cannot reach him, perhaps you can; as to the rest of these letters, I have sent them to several
news agencies around the world, the letter to Putin I have not. I am leaving another copy with
the Times of Israel addressed to Benjamin Netanjahu. As I could not contact him directly myself it
is my hope that between the two of you, you will.

it has been my hope in this final address to resolve these issues with words, not weapons,
though I am aware words can be weapons, here I choose the path of “no sword”for  mutual benefit
is the only game strategy where nobody loses, and the other is the “zero-sum” mutually assured
destruction is mad, and that is why it was a theory of deterrence: nobody wins. It is a
delusion we should have awoken from long ago.
